It had been just four months since I joined the community when one of the singles who were part of the CFCI Kids Segment contacted me to ask if I was available to help out with the kid's program while their parents attend a retreat. I was a bit reluctant because I don’t get along with kids that well. To add to this, she asked me to give them teaching on Mother Mary and the Holy Rosary.

Seek ye first the Kingdom of God
Two years ago when I was in my final year of engineering, I was preparing for campus placements. Though I attended many interviews I didn’t make it through most of them. I didn’t lose hope and kept believing that God has something better for me. I prepared well for them and along with that I continued to have a consistent prayer time every day, visited the Blessed Sacrament and prayed the Rosary.

Faith is all that we need
One morning, as usual, as I sat down with a copy of the Holy Bible to read and reflect on the readings of that day, the Bible verse Matthew 17:20 left me in deep thought. It read
"It was because you do not have enough faith, answered Jesus. I assure you that if you have faith as big as a mustard seed, you can say to this hill, 'Go from here to there!' and it will go. You could do anything!".
I pondered over this verse and asked myself as to what exactly Faith was. Many questions arose in my mind as to whether I had enough Faith. And the answer was 'NO'.
