The most awaited day had finally arrived! It was a historic moment as Couples for Christ India (CFCI) – Bangalore witnessed its first ever 'Family Day' on December 13th, 2015 at Snehadaan. CFCI - Bangalore which started its journey in 2007 saw a gathering of about 150 people, which included the couples, singles, youth and the kids from both the North and the South chapters of Bangalore.

On the 6th of December 2015, CFCI- Goa organized an advent gathering at Sneh Banquet Hall, Porvorim, something they do every year. This year however was totally different from previous gatherings since they decided to merge the youth and the singles together for one giant gathering party. The aim of the joint gathering was to foster a sense of unity among the members as well as to let the youth know that they have a bigger brother or sister to whom they can look up to and learn from.

CFCI Mangalore celebrated two events together on the 29th of November, 2015. It was to commemorate the birth of Jesus and to celebrate Children’s day. This auspicious evening began with Praise and Worship at Bajjodi – Family Centre. A bunch of fun activities followed.

The CFCI Youth (Andheri and Santacruz) held their intake camp themed "Enhance Your #Selfie: By Discovering Jesus" from the 5th to 7th of June, 2015. The camp was attended by a total of 46 youth residing in Andheri and Santacruz.

CFCI (Youth) Mumbai (Mira Road) held a successful intake camp at Anubhav Centre, Mira Road, Mumbai. The camp was attended by a total of 34 youth viz. 18 from Mira Road, 14 from Virar and 1 from Bhayandhar. Great effort and team work was shown by the team, considering that most of them were freshers having been in the Ministry for just a year. The three days of the camp went on just as planned and mostly as per schedule. Although there were some ups and downs, the end result was very satisfying.

CFCI Bangalore held its second youth camp on 29 May 2015 at Snehadan, Carmelaram. The three day camp was a time full of fun, fellowship and learning about God, coupled with an extraordinary experience of God.

Couples for Christ India (CFCI) held a one day program called the 'Game Plan' on 17 May, 2015, in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Bangalore, for the youth of the parish and surrounding parishes. This program introduced the youth to encounter God in a brand new way, a game plan comprising of various workshops and activities. This in turn was connected to the theme of strategy and team spirit for our game plan on this earth to reach our ultimate goal – eternal life with God in heaven.

Christmas in Summer, a one day program was conducted by the CFCI Youth, Mangalore on 4 May 2015 at St. Dominic’s Church, Ashoknagar. The program started with Avinash Serrao, CFCI Youth from Mangalore, explaining the meaning of Christmas in Summer. He reminded the youth gathered, that we usually occupy ourselves in preparing for Christmas materialistically with gifts, parties and celebration while we forget to prepare ourselves to invite Jesus into our hearts. He also explained how we consider going through this preparation only during the time of advent and how we have a call to do it every day of our lives.
